Welcome to the Diggers Hotline Enforcement Education Course.

You will learn the requirements spelled out for each damage prevention stakeholder under the law as well as other topics covered by Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 182, Section 0175.

As we will see, Diggers Hotline, utilities and excavators all share responsibility for preventing damage to underground utility lines.

This course is offered as an alternative by the Diggers Hotline enforcement panel, or as a requirement by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
